Pouch ("we", "us") is a budgeting app. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account info — your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name and identifier they share with us. Used solely to authenticate you via Supabase, our authentication provider.
- Budget data — envelopes, transactions, and accounts you create. This is stored locally on your device and is not currently uploaded to our servers.
- Crash and error reports — if the app crashes, Sentry (our error-reporting provider) receives a diagnostic report containing device model, OS version and a stack trace, so we can fix the bug. These reports are not used to identify or profile you.
- Subscription status — if you buy Pouch Premium, RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play process the purchase and tell us whether your subscription is active. We never see or store your card or payment details — those stay with Apple or Google.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or use analytics/advertising trackers. We don't share your data with third parties except the service providers above, strictly to operate the app.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time from the app: Settings → Profile → Delete account. If you've already uninstalled Pouch, use pouch.haadbaig.com/delete-account instead. Either way this permanently deletes your authentication record; on-device budget data is removed when you delete the app.
