These terms govern your use of Pouch, a personal budgeting app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Pouch.
You need an account to use Pouch. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile, or at pouch.haadbaig.com/delete-account if you've already uninstalled the app.
Budget data you enter is stored on your device, not on our servers. That means we cannot recover it for you: if you delete the app, lose your device, or reset it, that data is gone. Deleting your account removes your authentication record only.
Pouch helps you record and plan your own spending. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not connect to your bank — every balance and transaction is one you enter yourself. Decisions you make with it are your own.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no interfering with or overloading our systems, no using Pouch to break the law, and no attempting to access other people's accounts or data.
We may update, change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or to a paid plan. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Pouch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
